    Loved it couldn't put it down. It used straight forward language to deliver a suspenseful story. Great read. She wrote with flair not over the top. Just told a griping story that I was wrapped up in from page one all the way through. Thanks for the words.

    What. A. Book. This story started slow and built up to the gripping conclusion. I was hooked from chapter 3 and read this book within days, would've been hours if not for the kids. LOVED IT!

    This was a really interesting novel and opened up the pages to the all to real reality of coming from and living in a small country town. The character development and story line are excellently done and the plot kept me guessing whodunit right to the very end.

    This is all about a deep mystery in a small town unfolding. The clever plot keeps the reader turning pages to find out what happens next. What finally unravels is a masterful conclusion that is as as unexpected as it is manic. The Mexican standoff near the end of the book is a heart stopping episode that is skilfully written. It, however, is the denouement, as the truth surrounding Ellie's death has to be resolved. The characters develop at an easy to follow pace. The concise descriptive narrative paint a dry country landscape to that creates an electric backdrop for the final pages.
